NFIB sues to overturn Obama recess appointments to NLRB

The National Federation of Independent business filed a legal challenge Friday to President Barack Obamas Jan. 4 recess appointments of three members to the National Labor Relations Board. The small business amended its existing suit over the NLRBs Notice Posting Rule to also challenge the constitutionality of the appointments, which occurred while Congress was technically still in session.
